"Lot 18" is a modern bungalow located in Mines Resort City, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. It is conceptually a U-shaped plan. The 3-storey residence consist of a fully landscape garden completed with light fittings, water-feature with gazebo and recliner seats, balinese mural wall garden, double volume high living hall & fully walk in wardrobe concept. In additional, the large car porch (4-6cars) is hidden at the back of the house. The most remarkable views is where the infinity pool with roof top garden at the second floor level. This house has been completed in September year 2009.
